Sensual Chair Workshop
In this pre-recorded workshop you will learn a variety of tricky transitions and sequences utilizing the chair. This is not an absolute beginner workshop. Knowledge of shoulder rolls/stands are suggested. Freedom of movement is encouraged within the sequences taught. Though technicalities are important, indulgence in mood is key! Recording is 110 minutes
How to Prepare:
-Socks are suggested
-Layers suggested (Pants, kneepads, t-shirt etc…)
-Have a playlist on hand
-Strong and sturdy chair (preferably metal framed, something with a bit of weight to it)
-Water, Tea…anything to hydrate and fuel if needed!
It is suggested that you pause the recording after each sequence/transition and spend a minimum of 5-10 minutes dancing it on your own!
